Where to place your Anthurium?
Indirect bright light is the best for your plant to bloom beautifully,  that makes anthurium a good house plant. Make an impressive display by placing it on a windowsill, balcony or in your living room giving it bright but indirect sunlight.

How often do you need to water them?
The most important point when it comes to watering is, you should let the soil dry in between each watering sessions.overwatering can cause roots of anthurium to rot.
so it is very important to have well-drained pot
Tip: Always place at least two inches of stones at the bottom of the pot while potting the plant along with sufficient drainage holes.
 Be careful!
Anthurium is prone to the infestation of fungus, spider mite, mealy bugs, etc." To keep the pests at bay I recommend using organic neem leaves spray.
Tip: To make organic neem spray, simply boil the neem leaves in water and after cooling, sprinkle this water on the infected plants.

How to tackle these problems?
Brown Anthurium leaves: leaves of anthurium often turn brown due to poor watering or exposing the plant to direct light. These two mistakes should be avoided.
Yellow Anthurium leaves: overwatering is one of the common reason for leaves to turn yellow.so it is important to check the soil, it should be slightly dry before watering. Also if the plant is not getting enough sun the leaves can get yellow. You can adjust the location of the plant if possible in the indirect bright light.
Toxicity: The plant leaves can cause irritation in GI tract upon ingesting.some people are sensitive to spathe and can get skin and eye irritation. Hence it is advised to keep the plant away from children and pets. So be a little cautious, wash hands immediately after handling the plant.
 How about pampering your anthurium?
you should remove the faded spathes, dry brown or yellow leaves and any decayed part of
the plant.
Regular Pruning promotes good health condition and improves the look of the plant.
