Golden milk (Turmeric milk ) : An ancient Indian remedy

Turmeric milk is a traditional beverage rooted in Vedic culture of India and now it has been gaining popularity in western countries as "Golden Milk".Traditionally it is prepared by boiling milk with turmeric, ginger and cinnamon.

How to make your own turmeric milk at home
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
                       1 small piece of grated fresh ginger
                       1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
                       1 glass of milk
                       1 honey /sugar /any sweetener
procedure: simply mix all the ingredients in a pot and bring it to boil .heat for about 8-10 mins
 or until fragrant.stain the drink into mug and top with cinnamon or peppermint leaves.

Talking about Pukka Herbs  - Golden turmeric tea, it is a blend of some powerful herbs like Turmeric, lemon fruit, cardamom, licoric root, lemon Vana tulsi leaf and whole leaf green tea which was basically given to me by one of my yoga students and I must say its very soothing and effective.
